Seamless pipe processing
Seamless pipes feature a uniform, joint-free structure, offering superior strength and reliability compared to welded pipes.
In the Mandrel Mill process, heated steel billets are pierced to form a hollow shell and then rolled to achieve the required outside diameter and wall thickness, ensuring consistent dimensions and mechanical performance.
Welded pipe processing
Welded pipes are produced using steel plates, continuous coils, or metal strips as raw materials, and their manufacturing allows for the production of large-diameter pipes with no upper size limitations, utilizing various specialized welding techniques
