Cleaned components must be sealed and stored for installation.
The installation process requirements are as follows:
1. The installation workshop must be kept clean, or a temporary clean area must be set up, such as using newly purchased tarpaulins or plastic film, to prevent dust from entering during installation.
2. Assembly workers must wear clean, pure cotton work clothes, pure cotton hats (hair must be covered), clean shoes, and degreased plastic gloves.
3. Assembly tools must be degreased and cleaned before assembly to ensure cleanliness.
Acceptance Requirements
Acceptance shall follow HG 20202-2000 "Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Degreasing Engineering". Before assembly, each component must be wiped with clean precision filter paper, selecting hard-to-reach areas; if the filter paper does not change color, it is considered(qualified).
